People who have CNA/ Nursing experience- is changing a baby’s diaper easier or harder than an adults?

Weird question, I know. But for parents that have experience with both baby diapers and adult briefs, which harder? Which is stinkier?
I’m wondering how parenting compares with caring for an adult.

When I worked in the Alzheimer’s Unit at a care facility, a 75 y.o. man who was about 6″2 kicked me in my chest while I tried to change him.

Babies don’t call people obscene or vulgar names.

Anyone who hits a baby because the baby may have thrown something at them is sick. If an adult does it, it is reasonable to want to hit them (the best thing is temporary restraint which requires additional training AND a good rapport with your co-workers).

    In other words, no comparison.

i am not a cna nurse, however, i would think it would be easier since babies since are smaller , more flexible and much easier to move and maneuver
